Thanks for shopping at Heaven and Earth Collection. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you purchased from our website you have 7 calendar days for a return or exchange.

If items were purchased by H&EC Consultants with discounts, items are not returnable, but within 7 calendar days can be exchanged. All returns and exchanges must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase from your H&EC Consultant.

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your item after inspecting it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a exchange or return. You will receive your new item within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING

Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Clearance Items can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
