HEAVEN & EARTH COLLECTION

The Heaven and Earth Collection is a blend of classic and modern jewelry styles. It is a line mixed with a bit of my past, present and future. As a young girl, my grandmother was my fashion mentor. I would observe my grandmother tailoring other people’s clothes. She would show me quality and shoddy sewing work samples. My grandmother taught me the value of quality sewing which lead me to dream of creating my own business.

15 years in the corporate fashion industry helped shaped my passion for creating a business. I wanted to start a business to positively impact people’s lives. I wanted to transform the way the fashion industry looks at garments and people and not just as numbers. So, in the middle of planning the launch of my own apparel business, one of my church friends invited me to her jewelry party. From that experience, jewelry became one of my passions. This business helps others, and provides high end quality jewelry at an affordable price.

As a full-time working mom, I understand how hard it is to have a 9-5 job and then coming home to tend to the family. I’ve missed out on the milestones of seeing my son grow up. Opening my business gave me a purpose to help empower other women. My business will provide moms and other women the opportunity to be an Independent Consultant working from home or anywhere remotely as they wish. To have the financial freedom to stay home and spend quality time with your children and family is priceless.

Martin Luther King Jr said, Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase. Always have a faith, it allows you to cope. Trying times will pass as they always do. Just have patience, your dreams will come true. So put on smile, You’ll live through your pain, know it will pass and strength you will gain.” You can only be successful when you take action, otherwise your dream will always stay a dream. The doers of this world become successful… Regardless of how good your idea is, if you don’t act, it will always be an idea. This quote motived me to act upon my dream to become a good leader who can impact and give back to the world.

Through many years of trial and error, I was finally able to put my proof of concept into reality. My motto is “Never give up!” If you have the motivation, will, purpose and determination to get back up after you’ve fallen many times, you can make your dream happen.
